What is this blog about? It’s about Old Fashion Romance!!! Like you used to see in the days of Old Hollywood Movies. Boy meets Girl, they fall in love over time, and then they get married. Yes ladies and gentlemen, I believe in romance! Good clean honest to goodness romance where two people get to know each other without having to jump into a bed.
Since I happen to be a die-hard romantic, I love to read books about romance but I can’t deal with a lot of sex explicit books. So I’ve made it my mission to find Christian and Clean Romance writers and let others like me know of their existence!
So once a week I’m going to use my big mouth (and my friends and family say it can get pretty big) To tell you about the wonderful writers I find. There will be interviews with some of them, Guest posts from some, and maybe even a giveaway or two!
I’m excited to enter into this journey of finding great clean modern romances with yesterday’s values.

I can’t wait to read about the books you find. You’ve recommended a few I really like. I don’t know if you’re interested in shorter stories, but I don’t remember anything objectionable in Be Mine For Christmas (Alicia and Roy Street). I actually enjoyed it. 🙂
I’ll have to look it up. I just want good clean stories that I wouldn’t be ashamed to share with my girls. By the way I already have your post in the que for next week. I’ll send you a copy if you like before it posts. I’m so excited about this blog. 😀
That’s what I look for in books, too. 🙂 I don’t even remember any cussing in that Christmas story…but it’s been a couple of months since I read it. But I remember enjoying it because it was pretty innocent.
As for the copy…you can if you want, but I don’t need one. I trust you. If you feel the need to embellish anything, just say I’m married to Robert Downey Jr. or Chris Pine. Even Chris Evans or Hemsworth. I’m not picky. 🙂
Hmm…Well if I had thought of it earlier I would have added in the part about being married to one of the beautiful specimens of Chris (Hemsworth, Pine, or Evans) but it didn’t pop into my mind when I was writing. Maybe on the next interview. LOL I’m glad you trust me but, I want your opinion anyway so I’m sending you a preview.

Hi, I also get tired of the books that have sex scenes just because they think it’ll sell the book.
One publisher you might try is Prism Book Group–we’re all Inspirational or G- or PG-rated. (Disclosure: I have contracted my books with them.)
